Hvad du skal lave

Da vi søger to nye kollegaer til teamet, vil arbejdsopgaverne blive tilpasset den enkelte, afhængigt af kandidaternes unikke kompetencer og interesser. Dog søger vi kandidater, der kan håndtere opgaver inden for følgende områder:

  • Diverse bogføring
  • Kreditor- og/eller debitorhåndtering
  • Diverse afstemninger
  • Momshåndtering / indberetninger og afregning / sandsynliggørelser   
  • Udvikling af brugervejledninger og procesbeskrivelser
  • Revisionssamarbejde
  • Lønkontering og bogføring for UK selskaber
  • Rejseafregninger
  • Ad hoc regnskabsopgaver

 

Kvalifikationer

Dit fokus på detaljer, analytiske færdigheder og bogføring- og regnskabsmæssig forståelse vil være afgørende for succes i denne rolle:

  • Grundlæggende bogførings- / regnskabsmæssig forståelse. Herunder have erfaring med bl.a. kontering og bogføring af debitorer og/eller kreditorer, indkøbsordre, anlæg, moms og løn 
  • Erfaring med afstemninger og revision
  • Erfaring med og evne til at navigere og bogføre i regnskabssystemer
  • Serviceorienteret og gode kommunikationsevner
  • Problemløsning
  • Opmærksomhed på detaljer, omhyggelighed og nøjagtighed 
  • Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og som en del af et team
  • Erfaring med udvikling af user guides er en fordel

Det er vigtigt at nævne, at vi i øjeblikket er i en overgangsfase, hvor vi går fra en mindre struktureret tilgang til en mere organiseret og struktureret måde at arbejde på. Derfor skal den rette kandidat være klar på og villig til at navigere i et miljø under forandring i en kortere periode.

Bogholder / Accounting Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? We are seeking two talented Accounting Assistants to join our team in Corporate Finance. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that cost and expense documents are accurately recorded. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in reflecting revenue and expenses in our accounting records, adhering to applicable legislation, company regulations, circular letters, approvals, and generally accepted accounting principles.

What will you do

As we are seeking two new teammates, the scope of work will vary depending on the unique competencies and passions of the candidates. However, we are seeking candidates who can handle tasks within the following areas:

  • Booking
  • A/P and/or A/R handling
  • Various reconciliations
  • VAT handling / reporting and settlement / probabilization
  • Development of user guides and process descriptions
  • Audit support
  • Payroll bookings for UK entities
  • Travel expense reports
  • Ad hoc accounting tasks
     

Qualifications

Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of accounting principles will be crucial for success in this role

  • Basic understanding in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Experience with bookkeeping related to among other A/R and/or A/P, PO´s, assets, VAT and payroll
  • Experience with reconciliations and audit
  • Experience with and ability to navigate in accounting systems
  • Service-minded and possessing good communication skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Attention to detail, meticulous and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in developing user guides is a plus

It is worth mentioning that we are presently undergoing a transition phase, shifting from a less structured approach to a more organized way of operating. Subsequently, the right candidate must be able and willing to navigate in an environment undergoing change for a shorter period of time.
