What will you do?

As Associate Project Director, you will play a central role in supporting and leading large and complex projects within BWSC. You will work closely with the Project Director and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day project operations and ensuring that timelines, budgets, and resource allocation are adhered to.
• Maintaining detailed records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
• Identifying potential risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring that project activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with financial planning, budget monitoring, and proper use of funds.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of project strategies and goals.
• Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensuring effective communication.
• Supporting Project Director(s)

The position will require 20-35 days of travelling yearly but fluctuates year by year and is subject to requirements of the projects and activities. 

What do you bring to the field?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced project professional with a passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a difference. You have a solid foundation in project management, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to grow your skills in a dynamic environment.

Ideally, you have/ are:

• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• An analytical and solution-oriented approach.
• A desire to learn and develop your project and management skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
